Please read this document carefully before using peunde.ro. By accessing and using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Provider details

In accordance with Article 5 of Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, peunde.ro is operated by:

• The Provider — the person operating the site, identified in section 1.
• The Site — the website at https://peunde.ro, including all its subpages and resources.
• The User — any natural or legal person accessing the site, for any reason.
• The Content — all material published on the site: text, guides, articles, images, graphics, video, source code, and the structure and design of the pages.
• The Services — digital marketing consulting for the hospitality industry, provided by the Provider under a separate contract.

3. What the site is for

The site is presentational and informational. We use it to present our consulting services and to publish free guides for owners of hotels, guesthouses and other accommodation.

The site is not an online shop: no orders, reservations or payments can be made through it, there are no user accounts, and no data is collected through forms. Contact happens solely by e-mail, at the User's initiative.

4. Acceptance of the terms

Using the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms, in the version published at the time of access. If you disagree with any provision, the only remedy is to stop using the site.

5. Rules of use

You are free to use the site to inform yourself, read the guides and contact us. You may not:

• use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way contrary to good morals;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, to the servers hosting it or to any related systems;
• transmit viruses, malicious code or any material intended to disrupt the site;
• use bots, scraping scripts, crawlers or other automated means that generate a volume of requests liable to affect the availability of the site;
• reproduce, copy, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Content without our prior written consent;
• use the Provider's name, trade mark or visual identity without authorisation.

We reserve the right to restrict access for any User who breaches these rules, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate.

6. Intellectual property

All Content on the site is the property of the Provider or is used under valid licences, and is protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.

You may read, print and download the published guides for personal use, or internally within the property you run. You may not republish, distribute, sell, translate or create derivative works from them without our written consent.

Quoting short extracts is permitted under the law, with the source credited and an active link, not marked “nofollow”, to the original page on peunde.ro.

The photographs used on the site are used under licences held by the Provider and may not be downloaded or reused separately from the editorial content.

7. The content is informational

The guides and articles published are strictly informational and educational. They reflect the Provider's professional experience and opinion at the date of publication, in a field — online visibility, search engine and AI assistant algorithms — that changes rapidly.

The content is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice and cannot replace an analysis of your specific situation. Applying the recommendations is at the User's own risk.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome — positions in Google, mentions in AI assistants, traffic volume or number of bookings. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market competition, seasonality, the quality of the property and changes to third-party algorithms.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and the Content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Romanian law, the Provider is not liable for:

• any errors, inaccuracies or information in the Content that has become out of date;
• direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, data or opportunity resulting from using, or being unable to use, the site;
• business decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published free of charge on the site;
• temporary unavailability of the site or losses caused by cyber attacks, failures of internet service providers or force majeure events;
• the content, policies or practices of third-party sites linked from here.

These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and do not affect the statutory rights of consumers where the User is a consumer.

Contractual liability for Services actually engaged is governed entirely by the contract concluded with the client, not by this document.

9. Availability of the site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates or security reasons, without prior notice. We may also change, move or remove any section of the Content at any time.

10. Links to third-party sites

The site contains links to external resources, offered solely for the User's convenience. We do not control and accept no responsibility for the content, availability or policies of those sites. You access them at your own risk.

11. Personal data

How we collect and process personal data is described in our Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in our Cookie policy. Both documents form an integral part of these terms.

12. Commercial communications

We do not send unsolicited commercial messages. If we offer a newsletter in future, subscription will be based solely on explicit consent, in line with Article 12 of Romanian Law no. 506/2004, and every message will contain a working unsubscribe link.

Replies to messages you send us are not unsolicited commercial communications.

13. Engaging our services

Information about services presented on the site is an invitation to negotiate and does not constitute a firm offer within the meaning of Article 1188 of the Romanian Civil Code.

The initial discussion and the preliminary audit are free and create no obligation for either party. Any actual engagement is set out in a separate contract covering scope, price, deadlines, obligations of the parties and termination. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the signed contract, the contract prevails.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update this document at any time, and the new version takes effect when published on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top. We recommend checking this page periodically; continuing to use the site after changes are published means you accept them.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably; if that is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts determined under the ordinary rules or, in relations with consumers, with the court of the consumer's domicile.

Where the User is a consumer, they may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), B-dul Aviatorilor 72, Sector 1, Bucharest, anpc.ro, or an alternative dispute resolution body, under Romanian Government Ordinance no. 38/2015 on the alternative resolution of disputes between consumers and traders.

Please note that our services are aimed primarily at professionals (owners and managers of accommodation), and relations with them are not subject to consumer protection legislation.

If any clause of this document is held void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay valid and continue to have effect.
